    Addison Lee are a thorougly unlikable company. They have a stronghold over london taxis and they really don't care about their customers at all. I am currently in a dispute over £2 with a lady called Helena in their customer services department. I have to say she's being very professional about the whole thing. This latest correspondance is a small victory for me. Click here to read it.
