Fertility Yoga: How Yoga Can Help with Conception

Fertility Yoga is a practice developed by Dr. Deva Ray Chaudhuri, who has helped thousands of women get pregnant naturally. The program focuses on improving fertility through breathing exercises, meditation, and visualization techniques.

Dr. Deva Ray Choudhury was born in India in 1954. He studied medicine at the University of Calcutta, where he also completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology. In 1985, he moved to the United States to pursue further training in infertility treatment.

After years of research, Dr. Deva Ray discovered that yoga had a positive effect on fertility. This led him to develop Fertility Yoga. His method combines meditation, breathing exercises, and visualization techniques to improve fertility.

What is Fertile Yoga?

Fertility Yoga is an ancient system of natural healing that uses yoga as a way to balance hormones, relax muscles, and increase energy levels. It can help with stress management, weight loss, and other health issues.

The program consists of three steps: relaxation, meditation, and visualization. Each step helps you achieve your goals.

Can yoga increase fertility?

Yoga can help with many different issues, including stress relief, weight loss, and even pain management. But it’s not always clear whether or not yoga can actually increase fertility. Some studies have shown that yoga may be beneficial for increasing your chances of getting pregnant. Other studies suggest that yoga might decrease your fertility.

In one study published in the Journal of Obstetric, Gynecologic & Neonatal Nursing, researchers found that yoga could increase the likelihood of pregnancy among infertile couples. They followed up with these couples after they finished their yoga sessions. At first, the women were given an ovulation test. If they tested positive, they received fertility medication. After two months, the women took another test. If they tested negative, they got pregnant.

The results showed that those who practiced yoga were more likely to become pregnant than those who didn’t. The researchers concluded that yoga could potentially increase fertility. However, there are some limitations to this study. For example, the participants weren’t told about the benefits of practicing yoga. So it’s possible that they thought they would benefit from yoga just because they knew it existed.

Another study looked at how yoga affects sperm quality. Researchers gave men either a specific yoga exercise routine or a rest period. Then, they analyzed the semen samples. The findings suggested that doing yoga improved sperm quality.

However, other studies haven’t shown any significant effects. One study found no difference between groups when comparing the number of pregnancies before and after yoga classes. And another study found that yoga didnt affect the success rate of IVF treatments.

How yoga can help with conception

Yoga has been shown to improve your chances of conceiving naturally. Here are some ways yoga can help you get pregnant faster:

1. Relaxing – One of the benefits of yoga is relaxation. When you’re relaxed, you’re more open to new experiences and ideas. This allows you to enjoy your sexual encounters without being distracted by negative thoughts.

2. Sex appeal – Yoga teaches you how to breathe deeply while having sex. This helps you concentrate on pleasurable sensations rather than worries about whether you’re doing everything correctly.

3. Better orgasms – The breathing techniques taught in yoga can help you reach orgasm more easily.

4. Better sleep – Since you’re more relaxed, you won’t need as much sleep. In fact, studies suggest that women who practice yoga have better quality sleep.

5. Higher libido – It’s no secret that yoga improves your overall health and well-being. That means you’re more attractive to other people.

6. Less stress – Research shows that yoga decreases stress levels. This can increase your desire for sex because stress hormones decrease testosterone production.

7. Better self confidence – You may feel more confident when you look good. Yoga encourages you to take care of yourself physically so you feel great from head to toe.

8. Better pregnancy symptoms – If you’re suffering from morning sickness or other pregnancy symptoms, practicing yoga regularly can make these easier to deal with.

9. Faster labor – During childbirth, your body goes through many changes, including hormonal shifts. These can cause contractions that slow down your progress toward giving birth. By practicing yoga before your baby comes out, you can reduce the intensity of those contractions.

10. Better breastfeeding – Studies show that moms who practice yoga during pregnancy are more likely to breastfeed successfully. This is because they have greater flexibility and strength.

11. Better bonding time – Babies love it when mommy and daddy hold each other close. So if you want a happier relationship with your partner, try practicing yoga together.

Benefits of fertility yoga

The benefits of fertility yoga are many. It can help you relax, which will allow your body to heal itself. It can also give you a sense of peace, which helps reduce stress. Finally, it can help you focus on the present moment, which improves your overall well-being.

Fertility Yoga Poses

Here are some poses that can be done to promote fertility and conception.

This pose is best done right before bedtime. Lie flat on your back and place your arms at your sides. Close your eyes and let go of all tension.

How to do fertility yoga

To begin doing fertility yoga, sit comfortably with your spine straight. Close your eyes, take three deep breaths, then exhale completely. Next, imagine yourself as a baby swimming in water. Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin. Imagine the feeling of being safe and secure. Now open your eyes and repeat this process five times.

Next, close your eyes again and think about your life. Think about what you want for yourself, your family, and your future. What would make you happy? What would make you feel fulfilled? How can you be more patient and loving toward others?

Finally, when you’re ready, open your eyes and breathe deeply. Repeat this process four or five times. You should notice an improvement in your mood and energy levels after practicing fertility yoga.

When should I do fertility yoga?

You should start practicing fertility yoga at least two weeks before ovulation begins. The best time to practice fertility yoga is during the day, but you can also do it in the evening.

If you have trouble falling asleep, try meditation instead. Meditation has been shown to increase serotonin, which makes you feel happier and calmer.

Fertility yoga can also be helpful if you’re having difficulty getting pregnant naturally. If you’ve tried other methods without success, fertility yoga may be just what you need to get pregnant.

What to wear while doing fertility yoga

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Don’t worry too much about wearing something fancy; you don’t need anything special to practice fertility yoga.

Don’t forget your phone! Make sure it’s charged so you can check your email, text messages, and social media accounts.

How long should I practice fertility yoga?

It depends on how often you practice. For beginners, you might only need to do fertility yoga once per week. As you become more experienced, you can practice fertility yoga every day.

Fertility yoga helps women who are trying to conceive by improving their moods, increasing their energy levels, and boosting their chances of conceiving naturally. It also increases their self-confidence and improves their relationships with their partners.

Practising fertility yoga regularly will help you achieve all these goals. So give it a try today!
