Ruddy Complexion: What it is and How to Deal with it

The word ruddy is used to describe a person having a red color complexion. So, a person with a healthy red glow on the skin is described as having a ruddy complexion. The adjective can be used negatively by so many people. It is said that someone has a ruddy complexion when one has patches of red color on the skin. It could be the face or any other place.
